Happy customers make us happy, too! Items are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase date, in unused condition. This means clothing must be unworn and unwashed.


Before returning item, please contact the store at support@independentmama.com. We will provide instructions on how to do so.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.


We happily replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at support@independentmama.com and we will provide instructions on how to do so.
